Elemaster and SKAO: the Radiotelescope Project is going on!

A new chapter begins in the collaboration between Elemaster Group and the Square Kilometre Array Observatory (SKAO), the international project that will create the largest and most advanced radio telescope in the world.

Almost a year after the previous mission, the Elemaster Group Team, has returned to Australia to support the installation of components designed and manufactured by the Group.

Marco Arrigoni, Eletech System Engineer and technical leader for the SKAO project, is currently on-site, working alongside the SKAO teams to ensure that each new element is integrated efficiently and accurately within the system.

“Last year I was smiling with antennas behind me; this year I’m proud to be part of the team, with a deep understanding of the systems our products interact with,” says Arrigoni. “The holistic view is essential to making conscious technical decisions in such a complex project.”

This mission, coordinated by Gualtiero Magni, Elemaster Chief Project & Business Management Officer, strengthens a collaboration that goes beyond technology. It reflects a growing partnership with SKAO: a global team united by science, innovation, and shared purpose.

Thanks to the joint effort of Eletech, Elemaster, and Sanitas, our engineers have already seen first-hand the progress achieved and the extraordinary potential of this international project.

Stay tuned for the next chapter of this journey, as we continue to bring innovation and human collaboration together: from Earth to the stars.
