ELEMASTER inaugurates the new ELETECH headquarters and ELEVO Innovation Hub: a new model of collaboration for the future of electronics

[Osnago, 26 September 2025] – Today marked the official inauguration of the new building hosting ELETECH, the lead company of the Elemaster Group’s International Design Centres, and the beating heart of the ELEVO project: the strategic initiative redefining the role of electronics as a driver of industrial transformation.

The event brought together clients, partners, institutions, and representatives of the innovation ecosystem. The new headquarters took center stage, showcasing advanced laboratories, testing systems, real-world application projects, and collaborative spaces, guiding guests through an immersive journey into ELETECH’s technological expertise.

In her opening speech, Valentina Cogliati, President & CEO of the Elemaster Group, presented the industrial vision behind ELEVO: a tangible commitment to strengthen the Group’s positioning as a comprehensive technology partner, to support local growth, and to invest in education, also through the future campus dedicated to students and researchers.

This was followed by institutional greetings and the symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony with Valentina Cogliati, Gabriele Cogliati (Founder of Elemaster), Marco Ferrari (CEO of Eletech), and Claudio Accorsi (Former CEO of Eletech), marking the official opening of the new headquarters and the ELEVO Innovation Hub.

Alberto Mattiello, an international expert in technology and business innovation, then led the audience on a journey through robotics, AI, and industrial transformation, with a keynote titled “The Next Play”, dedicated to the four levels of Artificial Intelligence expansion that are redefining the future.

The discussion then expanded into a round table moderated by Mattiello, bringing together complementary perspectives and experiences on applied innovation. Speakers included: Paolo Denti (CEO & Co-founder Oversonic), Maddalena Mugnosso (COO & Co-founder Rewing), Salvatore Majorana (Advisor Cysero / Director Kilometro Rosso) and Prof. Alessandra Pedrocchi (Politecnico di Milano – DEIB).

Throughout the day, participants had the opportunity to meet and interact with several startups already active within ELETECH, including Varionova, Rewing, Alto Robotics, Oversonic, Imagensys, and Valuebiotech—a testament to how ELEVO is already operating as an open industrial hub, capable of generating real synergies between research, industry, and new technologies.

The day concluded with the presentation of the ELEVO Innovation Hub by Ivo Boniolo, Head of the new Hub, followed by networking and discussions among startups, investors, and industrial partners.

With this inauguration, the Elemaster Group consolidates Eletech’s role as an operational bridge between technology and industry, while officially launching ELEVO as an advanced collaboration platform serving those who aim to transform their ideas into reliable, market-ready solutions.
