Requirements:

  • The responsible of Demand Management is in charge to process any Customer demand (forecasts, contracts) to generate the correct internal demand.
  • This includes interfacing with the Customers and internal departments (Sales/Key Account/Customer Service) to properly upload in the system the requests, check regularly MPS updates, maintain updated the system.
  • He/she demonstrates a good understanding of product structures and production routings to understand dependencies and constraints in the production flow.
  • He/she demonstrates leadership in communicating the plans internally and to interact properly with the Customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Customer new demand, stocks, historical data to define new requirements
  • Monitor sales and forecast consumption to maintain properly aligned the portfolio
  • Set proper ERP parameters to optimize the raw materials and finished good stock levels
  • Collaborate with Customer Services to maximize on time delivery KPI
  • Prepare and submit status and performance reports

Qualifications:

  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with excellent result orientation
  • Good skills with MS Excel
  • Fluent English
  • Good at math and statistics
  • Be flexible with work schedule
  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in “management engineering”
