Elemaster Group has been recognised among Italy’s Best Employers 2025/2026, achieving a score of 80.37 in the latest TOP JOB – Italy’s Best Employers ranking.
The result places Elemaster in second position in Italy in the Electronics category, marking an important recognition within the national technology landscape and highlighting the company among the most highly rated employers in its sector.
The TOP JOB 2025/2026 study was conducted by the German Institute for Quality and Finance (ITQF) in collaboration with La Repubblica – Affari&Finanza. The research is based primarily on direct evaluations of employers collected anonymously, giving employees and former employees the opportunity to express their views on their working experience.
The latest edition collected 17,330 evaluations and considered around 2,100 Italian companies, assessing them across 34 different aspects, including workplace climate, professional development, growth opportunities, sustainability and corporate values. Only companies achieving at least 65 points out of 100 were included in the final TOP JOB ranking.
For Elemaster, achieving 80.37 points and second place in the Italian Electronics sector represents an important acknowledgement of the value of its working environment and of the attention dedicated to people, skills and professional development.
