On Friday 8 May 2026, from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., the third edition of the “Career Day” was held in the gymnasium of the Via Danzi campus of the “Einstein-De Lorenzo” Institute in Potenza, an important opportunity for interaction between the world of education and the regional and national productive fabric.
The fifth-year students of our Institute, together with those of other Technical and Vocational Institutes in the area that joined the initiative, met directly with more than 70 companies operating in the productive sectors of Information Technology and Telecommunications, Mechanics and Maintenance, Chemistry, Construction, Electronics and Electrotechnics, as well as with the Lucanian ITS dedicated to the energy sector, employment agencies, Sistema Lavoro Italia – Basilicata and the ENI Enrico Mattei Foundation.
During the morning, the participating students had the opportunity to present their curriculum vitae, take part in introductory and professional interviews, and consult with employment agencies on how to draft an effective CV. In a regional context which, according to recent data, foresees an employment demand of over 23,000 positions in the next five years, the “Career Day” represented a concrete response to the phenomenon of unemployment and youth emigration, offering companies a unique opportunity to meet profiles trained in the different sectors. The objective was to tackle the mismatch between labour demand and supply and to promote youth employability.
For Elemaster Group, initiatives like this also reflect the strategic importance of young people, whose growth, orientation and professional development represent a key value for the future of the company and of the wider industrial ecosystem.
Rocco Allegretti (Eurosystems General Manager) and Andrea Claps (Eurosystems Product Engineer Leader) were present on behalf of Elemaster.
