Elemaster Group continued its commitment to supporting the next generation of professionals through a dedicated training initiative for students at the Salesiani Institute in Sesto San Giovanni.
The initiative was designed to provide students with a concrete introduction to the professional world, combining technical learning with a strong focus on developing the level of professionalism required in today’s electronics industry.
During the sessions, students took part in a practical soldering course, gaining direct experience with tools, techniques and industry standards. The goal was to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application, equipping future graduates with skills they can immediately apply in their careers.
The activities were led by Elemaster professionals with diverse expertise: Roberto Comi, Senior Planner & Customer Care, who delivered the company presentation, and Savino Ziliani, Elemaster Trainer, together with Raffaele Mammone, Product Quality Manager & IPC Trainer, who led the practical sessions.
Through direct interaction with industry experts, students not only learned technical skills but also developed an understanding of key professional values such as precision, quality and accountability.
With initiatives like this, Elemaster strengthened the connection between education and industry, helping to shape skilled, work-ready young professionals and supporting them in building a solid foundation for their future careers in electronics.
