Elemaster is proud to announce the acquisition of 100% of C.R.&C. S.r.l. and 25% of GreenWaves S.r.l.
C.R.&C. is a company specialized in the production, repair, remanufacturing and testing of electronic equipment and boards. Based in Burago di Molgora (Italy), CR&C brings over 40 years of engineering experience in telecommunications and industrial electronics. The company manages more than 20,000 RMA operations and approximately 25,000 units under repair each year, providing highly specialized services across multiple industries, including telecommunications, energy, photovoltaics, electromedical, automotive and home appliances.
GreenWaves specialises in the design, testing and manufacture of bespoke solutions in the RF, microwave and radar sectors, with expertise in the design of RF equipment over 100 GHz, antenna arrays and power amplifiers, including software and firmware, as well as advanced testing solutions.
The acquisition strengthens Elemaster’s capabilities across the entire lifecycle of electronic systems, from design and manufacturing to repair, remanufacturing and long-term product lifecycle management. Elemaster is establishing its own Repair Centre, thereby strengthening its presence in the field of product lifecycle management with advanced electronic repair services. The new centre will enable the Group to offer advanced analysis, debugging and repair services for electronic products, even beyond the warranty period, ensuring customers receive comprehensive support throughout every stage of the product’s lifecycle.
Moreover CR&C and GreenWaves will operate within the Elemaster ecosystem as a center of excellence for RF systems, further enhancing the Group’s ability to deliver comprehensive support to its customers. The capabilities include production and testing over 100 GHz, along with specialized processes such as wire bonding, thermo bonding, die attach, and special welding processes.
