Yesterday, Elemaster had the pleasure of hosting an ITS Business Project Management class in the Conference Hall for an event dedicated to the training of young people.
The line-up included Gualtiero Magni, Corporate Chief Project & Business Management Officer, who presented the company and shared real insights on Project Management, followed by Roberto Cattaneo, Corporate Manufacturing Manager, who showed concrete cases on production planning.
The meeting also gave space to questions arising from the curiosity of the visiting students, and was later concluded with a visit to production, divided into groups, to see all the main processes and work cells.
The initiative represents an important opportunity for young people to grow, offering them the chance to acquire practical skills and prepare themselves for the challenges of the world of work.
