For Elemaster Group, training is a strategic investment in people, knowledge and the future of the organisation.
As highlighted by Giuseppe Baldacchino, HR Director of Elemaster Group, in a recent interview with La Provincia, the Group has developed a broad training model based on internal and external academies, designed around the knowledge and skills required by increasingly complex roles, products and technologies.
The external academy supports the introduction of new resources, preparing them for the activities they will carry out within Elemaster. At the same time, the internal academy strengthens the expertise of existing employees, supporting their progression towards increasingly specialised activities in areas such as testing, diagnostics and repair.
As technological complexity grows, two principles remain central to Elemaster’s approach.
“The principles that have guided us so far remain the same: responsibility and competence,” explains Giuseppe Baldacchino.
Training therefore goes beyond technical expertise, extending to leadership development, sustainability and new technologies, with dedicated learning initiatives also covering areas such as Artificial Intelligence and cybersecurity.
A particularly important element of this model is knowledge sharing, through the direct involvement of experienced professionals as internal trainers.
“The experience of our senior professionals becomes knowledge to be shared,” underlines Baldacchino.
This approach is reflected in initiatives such as the internal training course dedicated to diagnostics and repair, now in its ninth edition, where external expertise is combined with the contribution of Elemaster’s own senior professionals.
For Elemaster, developing people means creating a virtuous cycle in which experience becomes knowledge, knowledge becomes competence, and competence becomes shared value for the entire organisation.
