Grâce au modèle organisationnel de “cellules de travail”, c'est-à-dire à travers des zones de production et des équipes dédiées à chaque client, Elemaster garantit la personnalisation totale du service, de l'équipement à la mise en place du processus jusqu'à la définition du groupe de professionnels capables de gérer chaque aspect de la relation avec le client : chef de projet, responsable qualité, planificateur, salariés spécialisés.
