Elemaster Group is proud of its partnership with “Capolavoro per Lecco 2022”, the prestigious artistic project, now in its fourth edition. promoted by the Madonna del Rosario Pastoral Community and the Madonna del Rosario Cultural Association, in collaboration with the municipality of Lecco.
This year, Beato Angelico will be the featured artist of the exhibition event, which will take place at Palazzo delle Paure from December 3rd, 2022 to to March 4th, 2023.
In fact, thanks to the help of the Vatican Museums, “Capolavoro per Lecco” will host three small and precious paintings of one of the most important painters of the Italian Renaissance, Beato Angelico, which narrate the works of St. Nicholas.
“Holy Works” is the title of the experience proposed for Christmas 2022, referring not only to the subject of the paintings, St. Nicholas who is the personification of the true Christmas Spirit, but to the sanctity of Beato Angelico too, got thanks to his own work as a painter, which is extremely rare (he was proclaimed blessed 40 years ago by Pope John Paul II and elevated to the role of Patron of Artists).
Curator of the exhibition is Gerardo De Simone, art historian among the most important, and young students hired and trained as guides will let the hosts live the exhibition “accompanied”, for an all around experience.
The Politecnico of Milano was involved in the project too, and it was in charge of creating an immersive experience through technology thanks to the use of Bioengineering.
