Role Summary:
The candidate will support the entire industrial planning process within the factory environment. Acting as a link between sales, procurement, production, and warehouse teams, he/she plans and coordinates production activities. He/she continuously monitor progress, identify deviations, and propose prompt operational solutions. The main goal is to ensure on-time delivery, optimize resources, and contribute to the efficiency of production processes, promoting a culture oriented towards continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support short- and mid-term production planning and scheduling
- Monitor production progress and identify deviations or bottlenecks
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability
- Maintain accurate production orders and related documentation in the ERP system
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes
- Assist in the analysis of production KPIs and delivery performance

- Clear and effective communication, including cross-functional settings
Hard Skills
- Degree or technical diploma (preferably in Management Engineering, Electronics or related fields)
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in EMS or manufacturing
- Basic understanding of production and logistics flows
- Familiarity with ERP systems (INFOR LN or similar preferred)
- Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
