Elemaster Group Sales Meeting 2026: celebrating achievements and strengthening global alignment

Elemaster Group is hosting its Sales Meeting 2026 at its Headquarters in Lomagna, Italy, bringing together sales teams and commercial leaders from across the Group’s international network.

After the last edition held in 2019, the Group has experienced significant growth, making this meeting a key opportunity to reconnect, strengthen relationships and reinforce a shared sense of belonging across an increasingly global organisation.

The meeting represents a strategic moment to share vision, align priorities and reinforce coordination across markets, while also recognising the importance of working as one team, despite geographical and organisational complexity.

Throughout the event, participants are involved in a structured programme of presentations and discussions led by top management and key business functions, offering insights into Group strategy, market developments, innovation and future business directions.

The programme also includes a dedicated team building experience at the Golf Club of Camuzzago, designed to further encourage collaboration, informal exchange and team cohesion.

A key message shared during the meeting is reflected in Roger Federer’s words:

“In tennis, perfection is impossible.”
“Of the 1,526 singles matches I played in my career, I won almost 80% of them.”
“What percentage of points do you think I won in those matches? Only 54%.”
“When you lose every second point on average, you learn not to dwell on every shot.”
“It’s just a point.”

A reflection on perseverance, resilience and long-term vision, values that strongly resonate with Elemaster’s approach to business and growth.

By bringing together its global sales organisation, Elemaster continues to invest in alignment, knowledge sharing and team integration, reinforcing its ability to operate effectively in complex and evolving industrial markets.
