Elemaster Group welcomed the fifth-year automation and electrotechnics class from Istituto Badoni of Lecco for a visit to the Lomagna site, designed to offer students a direct insight into the industrial world and the professional opportunities linked to the electronics sector.
The morning focused in particular on the railway sector, with an in-depth look at Railways Workcell, where students were introduced to product integration activities, production processes, required technical knowledge and the professional profiles involved in each stage of the work.
The programme also included a visit to the testing area, where students had the opportunity to discover more about the activities, methods and expertise connected with this strategic phase of the industrial process.
The visit began with a company presentation and an emotional video at the Conference Room, followed by the tour of the production areas and a final Q&A session. Through this experience, students were able to engage directly with Elemaster professionals and gain a clearer understanding of the skills, responsibilities and career paths involved in a high-tech industrial environment.
With initiatives like this, Elemaster Group continues to strengthen the connection between education and industry, helping young people build a more concrete and informed perspective on their future professional path.
