Elemaster stands out for its commitment to promoting Diversity and Inclusion, obtaining an important recognition in the “Leaders in Diversity and Inclusion 2025” survey conducted by Statista in collaboration with Il Sole 24 Ore.
This research, in its first national edition, has awarded the Italian companies that have particularly distinguished themselves for their policies aimed at enhancing diversity in all its forms. Elemaster has been positively evaluated for its commitment to creating an inclusive work environment, where every person feels respected and valued.
The research is based on two main elements:
The opinion of employees: Statista collected the opinions of over 14,000 workers through an external survey, by which they were asked how much they believe that their company promotes diversity and what they think about related issues. To give more importance to everyone’s voices, the responses of those belonging to less represented groups were given greater consideration.
The analysis of experts: The company Denominator, American leader specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, analyzed public data to assess the commitment of companies in these areas.
