Today, 13th December 2024, Elemaster had the privilege of hosting His Excellency the Prefect of Lecco, Dr. Sergio Pomponio, at its Lomagna Headquarters. The meeting, characterised by an atmosphere of cooperation and exchange, offered an important opportunity to learn more about the company’s innovative activities and its commitment to Research and Development projects.
The visit began with a keynote speech delivered by Valentina Cogliati, President & CEO of the Elemaster Group, who illustrated the company’s mission and main activities, providing an overview of Elemaster’s 50-year history and highlighting the milestones of its growth and innovation. The CEO further emphasised the importance of maintaining a long-term vision, acting effectively for the economic, cultural, and social development of the entire country, and promoting the education of young generations.
Giovanni Cogliati, Vice President & CCO, then detailed the Group’s activities, followed by Gualtiero Magni, Elemaster Chief Project & Business Management Officer, who outlined the partnership with SKAO, an initiative of global relevance aimed at building the world’s most powerful radio telescope—one of the most ambitious projects ever in the field of astronomy and technology. This project highlights Elemaster’s global presence and its commitment to international collaboration.
Marco Ferrari, CEO of Eletech, elaborated on the innovations implemented by the Head of International Design Centers, the Group’s R&D division. Furthermore, he introduced ELEVO, Elemaster’s new Innovation Path, and Elevo Hub, a strategic hub designed to support start-ups on their growth and development journey. With Elevo Path, Elemaster supports customers at every stage, from Design to Product Industrialisation, Certification, and beyond, including After-Sales Maintenance and Obsolescence Management. Customers have access to customised consultancy, with dedicated resources and specific expertise, leveraging Elemaster’s competencies in the most high-tech market sectors (Railways and Transport, Medical, Energy, Robotics, Avionics, and Aerospace).
Finally , Gabriele Cogliati, the Company ‘s Founder, made a speech dedicated to the importance of his Family, thanking in particular his Wife Rosella for fifty years working together, and his sons Valentina and Giovanni, and the importance of the technical Education received by attending the ” IIS Antonio Badoni ” of Lecco.
At the conclusion then of the company presentations, His Excellency the Prefect delivered an inspiring speech of great depth and sensitivity, emphasising the importance of ethical values in business and demonstrating the institutions’ sensitivity towards the entrepreneurial world. His insightful and heartfelt remarks underscored the significance of ethical values in business, showcasing the institutions’ responsiveness to the entrepreneurial sector.
The Prefect then had the opportunity to visit the company departments, where Antonello Ciappesoni, Elemaster Corporate COO, showcased the production facilities and laboratories, highlighting how Elemaster contributes to the development of cutting-edge technologies.
