Today, on Thursday 6th June 2025, Elemaster Group took part in the Orienteering Day organised at the Istituto Tecnico Industriale Pino Hensemberger of Monza, confirming its long-standing commitment to supporting the connection between the world of education and the electronics industry.
This initiative, part of a broader orientation programme aimed at students specialising in Electronics, gave young participants the opportunity to meet professionals from Elemaster and to explore the career paths and technological fields available within the company. From embedded design to industrial production, from Research & Development to Quality Assurance, the students were introduced to the complexity and innovation that characterise the Group’s activities.
Walter Verratti, HR Manager of Elemaster Group, actively took part in the event and met with students, highlighting the value of practical experience and early exposure to the industrial environment.
“We are convinced that events like this are essential to promote mutual understanding between schools and businesses. Giving students a first-hand perspective on the roles and responsibilities in our sector allows them to make more informed choices about their future,” said Verratti.
Elemaster Group, through initiatives like this one, continues to invest in dialogue with future generations, contributing to the development of skilled professionals and a stronger link between technological innovation and youth education.
