Confindustria enhances the commitment of companies in the training of new generations through the awarding of the “BAQ – Bollino per l’Alternanza di Qualità” stamps.
The BAQ rewards companies that stand out for the quality of the School-Work Alternation paths activated by promoting virtuous collaborations with secondary schools (high schools and institutes) and vocational training centers.
The goal of the initiative is to enhance the commitment of companies in training activities and to counter the phenomenon of skills mismatching, promoting the coincidence between labor supply and demand, to enhance economic and social development of the country.
