Today, 4th July, the UniCredit Tower Hall in Milan hosted the Forum dei Territori Lombardia, an event promoted by UniCredit to foster dialogue between institutions, businesses and academia on the key factors that have shaped and continue to influence the competitiveness of the regional industrial system.
With a full agenda of speeches and roundtables, the forum focused on how innovation, internationalisation and human capital have been drivers of industrial transformation in an evolving geopolitical and economic landscape.
Among the featured speakers was Valentina Cogliati, President and CEO of Elemaster Group, who joined the roundtable “The Three I’s: Innovation, Internationalisation, Intelligence” alongside leading figures from the Italian entrepreneurial and academic world, such as Alberto Dossi, Marco Taisch and Costantino Vaia.
During her speech, Valentina Cogliati shared Elemaster’s vision of the crucial role of human capital in driving innovation in the high-tech electronics sector:
“In an environment of continuous geopolitical and technological change, our ability to innovate has always depended on people. Attracting, continuously training and empowering talent have been the foundations upon which we have built every industrial project. Innovation is not just a matter of tools, but of company culture and shared vision.”
With over one hundred participants attending, the event confirmed itself as a key opportunity to reflect on the future of Made in Lombardia.
Elemaster’s participation reaffirmed its commitment to a forward-looking industrial model based on skills, collaboration and openness to change.
Special thanks to UniCredit and Marco Bortoletti for the invitation.
