On Saturday 13 December 2025, Elemaster Group took part in the Open Day of the “Francesco Viganò” Technical Institute in Merate, an event dedicated to students in their final year of middle school and their families, who visited the school to explore possible enrolment options for the 2026 academic year.
For Elemaster, the Open Day was a valuable opportunity to meet young students and parents at a key moment of orientation, sharing its experience and long-standing collaboration with the Viganò Institute. The company highlighted the strong partnership built over the years through PCTO programmes (school-based work placements), extracurricular and summer internships, as well as company visits. Among these, Elemaster recalled the visit hosted in November when the company welcomed the third-year electronics class of the Viganò.
Particular emphasis was placed on Elemaster’s continuous commitment to professional development. The company actively promotes growth through structured onboarding processes, on-the-job training, internal and external academies, and training programmes that enhance both technical and transversal skills. Many young professionals, several of whom graduated from the Viganò, joined Elemaster initially in production roles and, through progressive and targeted development paths, have gone on to hold positions of greater responsibility, either remaining in production or moving into office-based key roles such as sales, customer management and production planning, working in direct contact with Customers.
Elemaster also reaffirmed its respect for the freedom of choice of young people, recognising the importance of selecting educational pathways aligned with individual aptitudes and talents, and valuing the curiosity and motivation shown by students approaching these decisions.
The meeting concluded with a testimonial from Imad Ait El Haj, one of the Group’s Sales Director, whose career path embodies Elemaster’s approach to growth: starting in a production role, gaining experience step by step – including experience in the group’s foreign offices – and ultimately reaching his current position.
A day that once again confirmed Elemaster’s role as a committed partner of the Viganò Institute, supporting young people in their educational choices and in building solid, future-oriented careers in the electronics and mechatronics sector.
